Maintenance of the site is a continual process and I would be pleased to receive any enquiries for products that you cannot see, but that you think may be associated with our product range .
You may buy any of the products offered for sale on line ,using the standard shopping trolley system, Please note that as a trade website we do not include VAT until the checkout. we will not be charging your card on line and You will receive an "bounce back "acknowledgement of your order by email, and you will only be charged on despatch of your order using our card terminal. Should there be any delay or errors we will contact you before despatching your order. If you are not satisified with your purchase it may be returned within a period of seven working days for a refund, providing that you contact us first to discuss any problem.
This site is fully secure and you have no need to worry about giving your card details on line, however if you prefer you can fax the details of your order and card to us, our fax number is +44 (0)1273 586004. If you prefer to pay by cheque please make cheques payable to J.Shiner & sons Ltd.
DELIVERY.
UK orders; Small orders will be posted Royal Mail, larger orders will be sent via Fedex .
Europe EEC countries; Orders up to 2Kg are usually sent via Royal Mail International signed for, larger orders are usually sent by upFedex.
All other countries; Orders up to 2Kg are usually sent via Royal Mail International signed for, larger orders are usually sent by upFedex.
