These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

PRICES

All prices shown include VAT.

Carriage & packing will be charged on all orders, and will be shown at the checkout.

ORDERING

All orders from you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

We accept most debit & credit cards. (not American Express or Diners Club)

DELIVERY

We would aim to despatch orders within 3 working days from receipt, if there are delays for any reason we will aim to contact you will a revised delivery date.

CANCELLATION

You hava a right to cancel this contract from the date of the contract and up to 7 working days from the day after receiving the goods. We shall return your money within 30 days of the cancellation. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us by a secure carrier. Please note it is your statutory duty to reasonable care of goods.

FAULTY GOODS

If the goods fail to correspond with their description, are not of satisfactory quality, or reasonably fit for their purpose we shall offer the following remedies.

If we are notified within one month of a problem we shall offer a full refund.

If we are notified after this period we shall offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.

MISTAKES

We shall correct any mistakes in bills, receipts, or payments as soon as possible, and at the latest wiyhin 30 days of agreeing to do so.

If for any reason you have a complaint, pleas call the sales office ( 01323 891000 ) or email us. All complaints will be treated confidentially and will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

LAW

English law shall govern these rules.
